Better Myself & Adventure Time

If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?

I would say if I did not need sleep. I would take that time to better myself.

Try to get some extra hours into doing various creative projects that I would like to.

For instance, it’s been a while since I wrote…been depressed due the troubles of life, but trying to figure out a new concept and creative ideasvto update the blog, but never have any time. Because either i’m too distracted or i’m too tired.

Or I can learn some new skills.
Some technical, some creative or  some actually totally out of the box that can make people smile and have fun.

Also if sleep did not matter, I would go on an adventure in the nighttime even though from How I Met Your Mother….

Ted says nothing good happens after 2 am…..

I mean, who would want to go to chinatown at twelve am. Reminds me of a Bollywood movie (36 China Town) that I watched, where a mystery happened at twelve am.While some others were asleep, there was dancing singing playing at the casino and people just putting on their best clothes and striding into the night but there was an unexpected murder mystery happening.

For me, I would like to go on an adventure in the subway around the city. Just see all the interesting random moments of ehat happens at that time.

3 Wishes – What Are My Thoughts

You have three magic genie wishes, what are you asking for?

And if I had three magic genie wishes, there would be a lot that I would ask for, but I would have to take a step back and self reflect on what do I really need.

I think the first one would be maybe a little…..Oh, nice, selfless wish, which was probably….

1. I would wish for unique elements, either by stone or a liquid, plant, substance, item or any miracle resources that can be planted in the world for people to find and solve the world’s issues.

For example, if there was a plant or many unique plants in the world that was implemented and that can help the various stages of medical issues such as cancer. It would really help the world in giving people more hope and more belief that that medicine can evolve and make a difference.

Or there is a stone which is a new element that can be unbelievably strong that can help build more landmarks that can both help nature and help people look across the world.

2. My second wish probably be maybe a little like comic or anime interest. I wish I had like some powers so I can help even in the most meticulous form of time. For instance, I wish I had the power of either time travel or the power of healing or or more higher intelligence.

It’s based on watching all the anime and comic book with people having a second chance.I mean, I wish that we had the dragon balls in this universe. So we can make a wish to help bring back people who really deserve a second chance. Or going back to stop a decision or healing people, so they can try to extend their journey in life.

3. My third wish would be for a hat. With magical powers to give you what you need, not what you want.

I think this is from Wander over Yonder, the cartoon show from Disney XD. In this world, most people are driven to just take what they want and their wants really overcomplicate and put them into negative mood, energy or emotions.

Sometimes it’s really hard to forget or remember of what you need is more important than you want.

I liked that concept in Wander over Yonder because the hat gave Wander of what he needed in any situation.

And he made the best of it. I would use it to help people. For instance, if somebody needed something or having a concern for themselves.

I can reach into my hat and pull out what they actually needed and make the best of that situation.

Those are my three wishes, even though there are I do like them. I would appreciate if a magic genie… Probably, the dear Robin Williams R.I.P gave that wish for me.

Helping Hand & Good Attitude

What makes a good neighbor?

I would say, what makes a good neighbor is if they’re very kind curious, welcoming to the community, helpful and always have a pleasant attitude. When you see them.

There are some factors with some specific boundaries. I would say good neighbors always have the best interests at heart.

They can be welcoming you to the community,  very kind so they can extend the food into more of a personal or nice friendship.

Respectful in terms of noise and maintains a clean home inside and outside.

Given that they are thenpeople you would see in your mornings and afternoons, I would say good neighbors can be helpful in terms of applying any favors for each other, providing some advice to be aware of and look around for. Also, always make sure that it is a safe space.

Marathon/Hike to the Top

What could you try for the first time?

Since I started my fitness journey last year .I really wanted to work on my endurance and grit for long periods.

And I’ve seen people who’ve built up and grown so much in their fitness journey and put so many activities and have really tried one marathon as a realistic goal.

Like, I remember one of the famous movies, I’m not sure. It has something to do with a famous boxer or a person in training. When a person runs up the stairs and then cheers as they reach their goal.

I wanna try to do that. Maybe running a 5k marathon or hiking up a big trail like a mini mountain to reach the top or finish line and look down and say…

Yeah, I did it.

And since I’ve always been sedentary and put some workouts in my routines, I’ve never tried running a marathon as a nice fitness goal, and running as an activity so that could be something I can try for the first time.

Second Chances

If you had a million dollars to give away, who would you give it to?

If I had a million dollars to give away first of all, that would be great. And I would bless and thank God.

But I would give it to those people who could have a second chance.

People’s journeys come to a standstill, and they don’t know what to do. The most important factor in any place is having money. So you can do what you aspire to do.

Not a lot of people have that.

For instance, like homeless people who lost everything. But still want a second chance at pursuing their dream and having the ability of a good income to be okay.

Like convicts that have done something wrong, horrible even due to their previous circumstances and have suffered the consequences. They’re in a dark tunnel and don’t have the light when they’re released back into society. It’s good to help those who are looking for a second chance to help, not only for the public, but also for themselves and become part of the working environment.

Like helping the people who need financial aid in their higher education, because money is always an issue when trying to pay off a student loan or trying to pay for tuition. So you can try something new or something that you wish to be. It’s a good stepping stone to make sure that they’re truly financed with the learning opportunity to grow to begum the next generation’s good leaders.

I’d like to give the money for those type of people who deserve a second chance.

I love music 🎶.

Love singing and dancing whether swinging to a classic of Aretha Franklin, Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Whitney Houston jamming out to the 90s to 2000s of Beyonce, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Drake, and Nelly.

Singing and Dancing

What is your favorite hobby or pastime?

I’m bound to find a couple of hobbies that make me really excited. But the original ones that I do have that I do in my pastime is singing and dancing.

Well, like finding new songs and singing along to them or singing really cool organic songs with the nice beat or powerful lyrics.

Dancing is always a love of mine. Any type that I am trying to find new styles for that I can learn.

For instance, if I hear a good song on America’s Got Talent and I haven’t heard that before. I want to know where it’s from, and I really want to resonate with its message, the beat and the tone, and the lyrics.

Another instance, if I watch my favorite Bollywood movies, I would love to dance along with the dancing moments because it’s really fun. Or if I find a popular song, then I just dance along with my own kind of moves.

The point in question is that I love to do them both. And it’s mostly that I love the musical side of it.

I am trying to get more into it with learning new songs and changing my playlist with new types of genres like jazz, 90s, reggae, hip hop, country, K-pop Spanish, French, even with foreign and sometimes a slow instrumental, it’s very good to listen to.

Also, trying to learn different dance styles to help my confidence at there is a ballroom class near me. And I would love to learn different stylesBecause I do love dancing along in the moments with the popular show Dancing with the Stars. It has been an interest of mine.

Failure & Alone

Tell us about a time when you felt out of place.

As a young girl, I am used to or accustomed to trying to succeed every time, and every time that I fail, it would just be a hammer to the head or a punch in the face that and everything would be fallen out of place.

Or there are some times when I do have social anxiety, and I feel alone, and I just feel out of place with the other cliques or groups of friends that I’m not part of.

Or another feeling that I just don’t belong.

It’s a lonely inside feeling, but I always get reminded later that I will be okay….sometimes.

I mean, no one’s perfect, but it’s really hard not to be perfect in your parents’ eyes when they have high expectations for you. It adds a couple of pressures.

And when you’re a quiet girl, it’s hard to make friends but I understand now that you don’t need a lot of friends to be okay. But I do have a small, but it does make me feel a little lonely and scared.

One Active, One Creative and another Clever

List three jobs you’d consider pursuing if money didn’t matter.

Money is the central focus of most of the population all around the world of getting the things everyone wants…

But its not the most important in the world.

Kind of strange really because I see many people who have high-end jobs with such high pay but aren’t truly happy because of the daily stress that takes over.

Such a coincidence since its the same topic that a heard on a recent Mel Robbins podcast today.

If pursuing money were not an factor for me…

I would work 3 types of job that I would like to give a try.

  1. Actress – a creative job that since I was a kid, I would love to do because when it came from a scene from a movie I watched or a funny moment of a TV. Loved acting it out.
  2. Wrestler/Manager in a wrestling company – an active job around a sport that I fell in love with since I was 5. I was not the most active but I wanted to see how I’ll do.
  3. Detective – I don’t know when I started to like crime and theories. Maybe by knowing about Sherlock Homes, reading mysteries since middle school or watching Elementary and The Rookie but its something I would try

No Need to Be Perfect or Control

Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.

As a kid, I wouldn’t say I was too pressured.

But I did not get the grades in the subjects that my parents approved of….

There would be harsh and negative judgment and that caused me to put so much pressure and be hard and critical in my own self-reflection.

So much so, when I got a bad grade like a C or B- in grade school to college. I would cry for an hour and say such horrible things to myself. I would want to control the outcome and when things didn’t go my way, it would feel like the end of my life.

Like…I’m so stupid, Why can’t I get this right, I have no brain 😔

The instant experience or action that led to a change was in 2024. When I was depressed for a couple after I failed a big exam and others passed. I put such a comparison and felt stupid because it was a familiar subject and I couldn’t remember from college after the pandemic.

Then my brother told me to take a trip for my self-care and get into a new environment and erase everything and live in the moment.

So I did, it was the best decision. It was like a refresh and when I got back home. I googled what I can listen to for self-care and change. Because I was not in a good state of mind, I decided to focus and start a lifestyle journey that I am still continuing.

My first 2 podcasts that helped me so much even today.

  • Mel Robbins
  • Jay Shetty

2 Quotes that helped change my thought process and still help me today.

I may not be perfect, but I am worthy – Mel Robbins

Mel Robbins discusses in her podcasts, in a lot of episodes that chasing perfection is a trap that prevents true progress and acceptance of oneself.

I took that into account because I am a people pleaser and it was for other people I needed to be perfect, and set an amazing standard that I didn’t accept myself, no one can be good or excel at everything.

The externals will never be perfect, and the goal isn’t perfection. Life is not going to go your way. You have to go your way and take life with you. Understanding this will help you be prepared for whatever may come – Jay Shetty

After hearing that on many of his podcasts episodes with experts I psychology and human behavior.

I really sat with myself. Everyone’s life has its ups and downs and you cannot control everything in life, you can only control yourself, your actions, and make yourself happy.

I am still reminding myself because as I go through the stressful and bad times, I forget. So I just write it down and remind myself what I can control and grateful for.
