Self-discipline & Time Management

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

Self discipline is a little bit hard for me, because sometimes I procrastinate, and I forget and I don’t have things in order and I just leave them to the last minute.

Which I knew is a very bad habit…

But if I had more self-discipline and more faith in myself, then I would be able to set new systems to achieve my goals better.

And if I had that good discipline, I would believe in myself and have more self confidence to go out of my comfort zone.

And it would improve in my life. Because it would help me both professionally and personally, which I am working on.

Another would be how to manage my time. Or better I don’t have good time management skills sometimes because I don’t know how time can go so fast.

Sometimes it would take quick to do when task, but it takes me a bit longer.

Maybe it’s distractions,

maybe it’s a little bit of in my own head,

my own personal struggle that I have to improve on my own skills on,

But I am trying to manage it, watch it, and review myself the best way I can.

Lost Opportunities

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

There are many loss opportunities that I wish I could have done differently, or I wish I would have taken action.

I would say if I didn’t take action on joining more clubs at school, just getting more on my comfort zone and meeting more people because I was always the quiet and shy.

I really regret it. Or else I would have made a bit more friends and had more of them. It’s a good school experience.

Another experience would be probably when the pandemic hit. I should’ve got in more time to volunteer build up myself to learn more.

Also, I should have taken the opportunity to go do my Master’s right away after I was done with college. Instead of going straight to work, I would be in a different place by now….but who knows

But the most missed opportunities I would say for myself is going out and enjoying the sociality of many events, traveling, and seeing many festivals just to bring in new experience.

But now I demonstrate JOMO and that’s okay for me..

A Test or a Thrill

What makes you nervous?

Well, everyone’s so nervous about something no matter how small, how ridiculous, or how silly it might be…..

For me, I get nervous in some cases, for once if I have to take a big test or big exam. I freak out. I blank out, and I get so nervous that my heart won’t stop pumping, and I just feel scared…

Another would be if I am about to go on a high rollercoaster. And i’m scared for my safety.

Then, the same sensation comes through my body.

I would say another thing that makes me nervous is the future. I’m getting nervous about this. I don’t know what to do or where I will end up.

Especially when a big change is coming  for my personal life or my life in general, but I just pray and be grateful and just keep on going through one step at a time.

Encouragement & Advice

Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.

A positive thing that a family member or most of my family members has done for me is their encouragement and advice…

Well, everyone has their hard times and struggles, and sometimes they’re support and advice, and encouragement from your family really helps a long way.

For instance, my brother gave me advice how to just keep on taking life one step at a time.

When it comes to implementing my new lifestyle and aiming for what I want to do moving forward from how I’m stuck at the moment and confused in aspects of my life. Even though it can set me back, I can be on the right path one day.

For instance, one thing that I’m stuck at is implementing my new lifestyle with figuring out how I can move forward my career and some advice my mom gave to me is that…

Don’t be so hard on yourself….

You can be successful just try to lay the build blocks piece by piece

I’m okay at the moment, but I can always improve….

A journey is not that quick to finish…

I just have to work hard, and sometimes their encouragement goes a long way….

Safety & Flexibility

How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

I have somehow adapted to the changes that the pandemic came when Covid-19 striked with really focusing more on safety and hygiene and realizing how some part of the world has changed, as it actually created more flexibility in the workforce.

I was always pretty aware of regular safety precautions that the new disease had brought in how to keep safe and to myself…

But it’s really made me more aware of how bacteria and harmful substances can spread as quickly. And we should all take precautions the second the news came out.

For instance, I do more in general hygiene wise, trying to create a nice cleaning routine.

I’m still trying to build a refresh and reset routine. Where I clean around my house and I take more to account. Just to sanitize and make sure that every part of my house, even if I go out, that I’m safe and clean.

Also, I’ve also adapted to liking more hybrid work.

The pandemic did bring a big of difference to the workforce, as in it was a little bit dangerous for all employees to be in the office.

So it would be more flexible when you know everyone has a personal computer. They can work from home. They also save cost on other factors like food and transportation and create more time for themselves, especially when working from home.
