Reading List

List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?

Well, I’ve started reading more self-help books lately, because they really broaden my perspective.

All three books that I am still reading, fixed my problems with a little bit of time management, organization, taking charge, letting go control-wise, and personal-wise, looking at some good habits, and reminders of leading a peaceful and good life.

  1. Atomic Habits: James Clear
  2. Good Vibes, Good Life: Vex King
  3. The Let Them Theory: Mel Robbins

Music and a Warm Drink

How do you unwind after a demanding day?

Whenever I get stressed, I have a bad day or even a good day but get so tired…

Always like to unwind with a good  book, some warm tea for my body and some nice jazz music in the background to settle in for the day.

Music feeds the soul and helps tune out the stress of the world

It helps all season tound whether by warming up in winter, rainy day, or looking down st the sunset

Good Vibes Good Life

What book could you read over and over again?

Well, I’m just starting to read this book, but I think it’s a book that I can read over and over again because the lessons from this book are a good implementation to taking back your own personal growth. As good reminders of how a good self vibe can lead to the greatness of a good life.

It is called Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King

I think my favorite chapters are learning about self-love and if there’s a lot of advice in the book that shows a simple solution that most people forget in the busyness of everyday life.

One of my favorite passages is just about how expressing gratitude throughout the day, even at the start of your morning, can really brighten up your vibe.

Also, technology he has kind of taken over, and we kind of lost the personal touch of connections that are important to upkeep.

Technology is a tool, not a substitute for living – Vex King
