No Screen, No Stress Just Hydrate, Exercise & Rest

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

Usually every morning ritual I do…I give gratitude and remember to thank God every time I wake up.

I pray be thankful for the day no matter what mood I am in. Be grateful that I wake up and open my eyes and then try to do a nice morning routine.

The first hour of my day would just start with me trying to get out of bed. Waking up, give thanks with a quiet, silent, and nice prayer opening my curtains.

Next going to brush my teeth regular habits, but i’ve added a good habit of drinking a glass of water and eating a small morning.

The snack is to get a little bit energized for my morning and the water to help with digestion.

Well, also, during the first hour, I practice writing down affirmations on my fridge’s whiteboard really helps me. Get a bit more positive and reassurance for my self-confidence.

Plus, it’s a little fun thing that I would put, like if there’s anything in news, news or sports or entertainment, then I just put it on the whiteboard. And I just put like a daily song that brings a smile to my face.

Can be any song english foreign, indian. Especially I like putting anime ones with the openings that always get me in a good mood.

Be Themselves & Rare Occurrences

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

Usually, I see everything and everyone as unique…

People are unique because they are there own best selves

Everyone has a unique personality. Bold, quiet, secretive, dangerous, charming, elegant, curious, shy, or exciting.

Even if I see someone who has a special talent, or even a rare ability even by genetics, I suggest that it makes somebody unique as well.

We’re all on the cycle of life. We’re all equally unique and shine.

More Speed, More Convenience

How has technology changed your job?

Well, technology has changed my job for the better. It makes the workforce and the lifestyle a little bit more flexible.

Since I do work as an accountant, technology does help with speed and accuracy. Especially when you’re crunching all the numbers and seeing if everything balances.

Work at Home

But I think it mostly changes the workforce by adding more unique hybrid style, which really benefits me in the long run. Especially with saving costs on transportation and time.

Technology brings more comfort than brings ease to busy jobs that are very detail oriented.

Technology is a good tool for my job. With new growing software, new updates with Android and Windows 10 and 11 that I can learn something new at a different day that really helps me grow.

Hard to say a simple “NO”

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Well, in my case, a little or sometimes…..

It’s because I’ve always been a people. Pleaser, I’ve always had to say yes because I always felt guilty or bad, or I put people interests in front of my own.

I’m still trying to fix it, but um now I’m trying to say no, or you don’t go to things that will interfere in achieving my goals. Especially for or creating my own new mindset and lifestyle.

For instance, I had to say no to doing a tiresome job that my father forced me to take because it was causing me too much stress. It won’t let me achieve my goals, and plus it really made me feel depressed.

It felt good and a great decision. Because I feel not obligated for any tedious tasks and feel less stressed.

But it’s still hard to say no to my close ones, even though i’m working on it…😅

Skill of Observation & Deduction

What’s a secret skill or ability you have or wish you had?

I think one of the secret skills that I wish I had early on is having the skills of observation and deduction.

I’m training myself one step at a time…

But I am a good fan of mystery and am trying to read more of the genre…

Also, I want to read more about the world best detective, Sherlock Homes

I have always been a good observer since I have been so quiet and recognize different  never been able to act on them accurately

It’s always been a skill that I have admired and been impressed with, especially when I see people show that skills on TV, “Colin Cloud” on AGT, made me more interested 👌

Relax

What do you wish you could do more every day?

Sometimes it’s hard to relax when your day is busy. When it’s a work week or you have things planned for the weekend or your schedule gets all filled up.Then you just forget to have a rest day.

For me, I’m a workaholic. Sometimes, I forget to take a vacation just because I don’t realize the time to have a vacation more. Sometimes I just forget because i’m so busy. And it’s hard to figure out the time when to relax and find the balance.

Even on the weekend, when it’s the epitome of relaxation, sometimes my schedule gets filled up, and I can’t really rest all the day

So it’s a priority for me to have some self care days or just take some time off for myself, just to think or do nothing or just to sit back and do something productive.

Curious

What is one word that describes you?

Ever since I was a child, i’ve always been this quiet curious girl that always finds interests of any new thing or any new experience or a project that looks my way.

Whether be in school or work or outside, such as new place to go a new attraction that pulls up or something new to learn online or or in a book, i’m always so curious to learn more and really grow in any way I can.

I remember when I was probably 13 or 14. I asked so many questions. But then I’ll, I was always afraid, because I felt like I talked too much, but the curiosity was still there. So I just calm down and try to ask more thorough questions.

I think it also comes from a love of mystery in the genre of the books that I always like to read the curiosity of what happened or how it happened. And what led to this really kind of fascinated me. That’s why I liked Sherlock Holmes as a character.

You’re Good Just The Way You Are

What was the best compliment you’ve received?

Let’s see….

I would say the best compliment that I have ever received was from my mom and from a special friend that I’m getting to know….

They saw them some of my flaws, like sometimes I’m lazy a little bit. I can be a little bit too shy. I bet stubborn, but i’m always kindhearted and want the best for people and treat everyone with respect that they deserve.

But a bad mental habit of mine is that i’m too self-conscious of myself.

I put myself down a lot with negative talk.

But I appreciated it when they complimented me. Even though I changed physically or mentally, i had to remind them that I wasn’t doing anything else but for myself.

They still say that don’t let another person change you,” because I am already great and appreciate me for me just the way I am.

Before I would change recovery would say them someone, it’s something negative for me or be so self conscious that I really don’t want to express who I am to other people because they won’t accept me.

The compliment was just a great reminder that I can still stay and remain true to myself.

All Aboard!

You’re going on a cross-country trip. Airplane, train, bus, car, or bike?

I have been on a bus, plane, car and bike… well, motorcycle to call, but it still counts…right?

However, I have never been on a train.

I would love to take a nice calm train ride in the countryside to take in the beautiful nature and sights.

It’s environmentally friendly and comfortable rather than most planes and bus, it gives extra leg room.

Also, I would experience a new way of travel to help broaden my horizons.
