Water, Fresh Clothes & Mind

What are three objects you couldn’t live without?

3 objects that I could not live without would be…..

1. My Handy Water Bottle

2. My favorite clothes to keep me warm

3. A good book that can always keep my mind fresh

Water because it helps me survive, which keeps me hydrated and is accessible anywhere for free.

I’m always grateful for the clothes that I have, so that keeps me warm, that keep me centered.

Yes, I was wondering when between a book or a phone, which would I rather have. I chose the book because with the phone or any electronic device, it has a time limit and runs out….

A book can never run out… when it is just an endless capacity of knowledge.

Many words….what to choose

If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?

If I were to permanently ban a word from general usage….it would be either the general f* word that is used to so many times that uncomfortable or mean.

Or it might be the dumb word in relationships called “situationship” because I believe the word is just ridiculous in its ways for people to not be serious in building a connection.

Habits or Chores

Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.

Every time that I want to implement a new habit or get something done, sometimes it’s pushed to the side.

Well, one of them if I say I want to try a new drink….

Or get prepared for dinner….

Or going to walk in the evening…..

Or even remember paying a bill once in a while…

Or even write down my to-do list for the next day and get prepared for tomorrow….

Now, one of the things that I always never get done is try to read more or go to sleep early. 😅

It’s always hard to do that when there’s good shows. On Netflix or Youtube or Amazon Prime, it kind of preoccupies me.

It’s always hard to let go of my bad habit and put the phone down so I can just continue to have a good evening routine.

Save, Invest, Settle & Have Fun

What would you do if you won the lottery?

If I won the lottery, first I would thank God…

Second, pay off all my debts so I can finally remove the chips and annoyances off my shoulder…

Third, give a good portion to my family because they always have been there for me.

Fourth, the most important one because usually I hear stories of how people aren’t mindful when they win the lottery and blow all of it off that they reach the situation they were again.

For me, I am taking a considerable percentage of the winnings and putting half of it putting in investments so it can grow over time and half it in an emergency fund.

Finally, do some things on my bucket list and travel more and get some real estate.

So many books…Which one to Read?

What books do you want to read?

I recently started more reading books again about last year….

Because it really helped expand my mind and make sure that we can learn something new and grow  each day.

We’re not limited by anything.

Many books can help with my mindset

And I am, but still feeling stuck? Reading books kind of really helped clear my mind a bit.

I want to read a lot of books just to grow in many different areas that i’m focused on right now.

But if I were to give a top five list I would like to read at the moment, it would be…

  1. Atomic Habits – James Clear
  2. Girls that invest – Simran Kaur
  3. Miracle Morning – Hal Rod
  4. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes – Conan Doyle
  5. How to Talk to Anyone –  Leil Lowndes

Happy New Year

Happy New Year,

Sorry for the delay.

It’s been a while since the last blog post.

I’ve just been really overthinking and a bit stressed when the year started out. But it’s kind of complicated and being so busy. Let’s see, it’s hard, but i’m trying my best.

But I have learned that I really like to grow within this community and am really happy and wanna work on it.

I think I’m going to follow through with my own personal growth on a quote that I heard from the movie, Sing.

It’s when Buster Moon says, “You know what’s great about being at the bottom the only way now ay now up.”

Fitness & Self Care Journey

What is something others do that sparks your admiration?

Some things that other people do that spark my admiration is when they go on their own Fitness and lifestyle change and journey.

My admiration was really sparked when I saw how much people were happier….

after they put a change in their current lifestyle and they’re working towards becoming their best selves.

One Step At a Time

It really inspired me as well because I’m in the middle of my own lifestyle and fitness journey it’s hard, tough, but I’m working through it

I would say right now one that really sparked my admiration is when I saw this YouTube influencer named Lena lips and she really helped me through a bad time starting in 2024 and I grew more in the middle of the year.

Healthy Habits and Hobbies

If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?

I would take the time to learn a skill. Or catching up with anything I couldn’t do during the day.

I would love to have the time to start or continue. Some hobbies just to have fun and enjoy life more.

Possibly, I would travel more because I’ve always been to myself, stuck in my own world. And I haven’t really gotten into the world until lately. So I would try to travel and see a bit more of my country and expand a bit. Maybe take a nice beach vacation.

I would appreciate the more time that I had and try to become more happy.

Habit Stacking & Limits

How do you manage screen time for yourself?

I guess to manage screen time for myself is just realizing….that I don’t need to be on my phone or computer all the time just to have some entertainment.

Sometimes, I try the pomodoro technique, as in I would do 25 or 30 minutes of screen time and then just give my eyes a break for 5 to 10 minutes and stretch, especially when I work or I want to relax a little bit.

However, I would just say that a limit of screen time would be for like 2 to 3 hours per day if I was watching movies or a tv show.

Very recently, I have tried to put habit stacking a little bit….

The first thing that I’m trying to do is read more books. Not on my phone but physical books from the library or bookstore.

Another would be probably meditation and self care.

Sometimes, I would meditate, pray, and just focus on my breathing, especially when i’m too addicted and need to limit some screen time.
