I guess being a quiet person has its perks, but most of the days, I really feel either calm and centered because I’m just taking a new outtake on life.
Everybody is always busy on any day. Just to focus on whatever life throws at them. But I’m really glad that most of the time that I’m really calm and centered. And I can think with the rational headspace.
Usually I would feel very tired or very stressed, usually every day.
The struggle of maintaining a good work-life balance.
But just taking the time just to step back, breathe, sit down, and take life one step at a time made me calmer.
Hey, sorry it’s been a while since I posted anything.
Life always seems to get in the way that it’s kind of surprising how time moves fast.
I have gone through some lucky and unlucky events in the past few months that just changed my perspective on how everything is constantly changing.
Unlucky: Realized it’s just a couple more years till I go from my family and build my own life and need to learn to maintain the wonderful relationships I already have.
Sad because things are going to change more quicker than I thought and it scares me.
Plus a small unlucky procedure… Wisdom teeth removal is annoying and painful, but can’t avoid.
Lucky: Found a rare and wonderful deal to treat myself to a first ever vacation trip to a destination that is exciting and new.
Taking some time off of pressurizing myself and clearing my head in both work, home, career, and social life helps put my own happiness in perspective.

This quote helped me to learn that there’s no need to completely add or do activities quickly all at once. Because it’s important to take the baby steps with change until it becomes a normal thing.
For instance, some factors that I will find important to add would be..
Fitness
Self-Care/Relaxation
Cooking
Meditation
Also, I have been binge-watching many shows that I’m shuffling back and forth on. Which can be some sports, foreign, anime or just Hollywood. Here’s just a few to list on that I add to my Rate page later.
