How Much Are We Talking?

Do you need time?

The most constant thing, substance or factor that everyone wishes they have…is time.

Whether it be to get ready in the morning for work or school.

Looking good, getting dressed, and making up to a party while taking 1000 selfies for social media

Time is extremely important when planning for an event, whether it be al conferences or exams, and you are praying for the clock to slow down…

Or more time to spend with a loved one because before you know, they can be gone from your life and it hurts the most when you know you should have spend more time with them for memories

So yes…the need for more time in my life is essential. It is one of my important needs that I just wish I had unlimited time

Creativity, Discipline, and Self-Love

What details of your life could you pay more attention to?

As a quiet and nice person, I often forget about myself and focus on other people’s happiness.

Some details of my life I wished yhsy I could pay more attention to would be…

1. Self-Love: for myself because I’m too hard on myself and don’t appreciate it when I look at myself in the mirror

2. Creativity: These days, I focused on work and have been stagnant on the creative part of my life

3. Active: Just started being more active one step at a time, but I procrastinate and forget

Taking Some Risks

What could you do more of?

I’m a secure person who likes routines and being prepared so things can go exactly as planned.

When it doesn’t happen or one to two things go wrong, I get so upset and agitated.

But there are times when my life is so stagnant, and I feel bored

They do say taking risks is scary, but it might be worth it in the end.

I wanna go to different events, meet people, or try new activities outside my comfort zone, but I get afraid.

So I’m gonna work on dealing with unpredictable situations or putting myself in areas outside my comfort zone

5,000 to 10,000 Steps is the Goal

How often do you walk or run?

Before, I never paid enough for my health and fitness. But now, as I implement a new lifestyle. The goal each day is to at least do a minimum of 5,000 steps of walking, and the max would be 10,000.

I only went to 10,000 once 😅

But as a beginner, becoming healthier and building some endurance. Walking is more my style at least 3 – 4 times a week. As a I sit down a lot, throughout the day.

Calm & Centered

What positive emotion do you feel most often?

I guess being a quiet person has its perks, but most of the days, I really feel either calm and centered because I’m just taking a new outtake on life.

Everybody is always busy on any day. Just to focus on whatever life throws at them. But I’m really glad that most of the time that I’m really calm and centered. And I can think with the rational headspace.

Usually I would feel very tired or very stressed, usually every day.

The struggle of maintaining a good work-life balance.

But just taking the time just to step back, breathe, sit down, and take life one step at a time made me calmer.

A Picture is worth 1000 Words

Do you have any collections?

Yes, to say.

I have lots of collections of pictures from the past in specific categories that I live sharing with my friends and family.

For instance,… a collection of pictures that always have to do with a picnic, or Christmas or embrassing photos that is great to laugh at

It’s good to scrapbook them and collect more because a photo is always an option to capture a great moment

The first beach that I’ve ever been to. ‘Punta Cana’

A Legacy – One can Learn & One can Take

What is the legacy you want to leave behind?

A legacy…

Reminds me a lot when I’m watching WWE, and I see all the superstars become legends that are easily recognizable and their journeys are great.

All that taught me was that if I were to share my story that turned into a legacy…it would be that one can learn and take to everyday life.

All the lessons and mistakes that the average person in different situations is actually a learning curve for the future that people can take from….

I would say that’s the legacy I would want to leave behind
