A Rose for Rose Pasta

What’s your favorite recipe?

When I started to learn more about cooking and getting into home-cooked meals.

This was the first meal I made by myself following a nice recipe online.

Rose Pasta

It took a while for me to cook it well because I overcooked it a couple of times until I got it good. So it’s a bit of an achievement for me as a transitioning into home-cooked meals.

Here’s the link if anyone wants to try. And there’s a YouTube that shows good instructions.

It’s really delicious. 😊👍🏾

Calm & Centered

What positive emotion do you feel most often?

I guess being a quiet person has its perks, but most of the days, I really feel either calm and centered because I’m just taking a new outtake on life.

Everybody is always busy on any day. Just to focus on whatever life throws at them. But I’m really glad that most of the time that I’m really calm and centered. And I can think with the rational headspace.

Usually I would feel very tired or very stressed, usually every day.

The struggle of maintaining a good work-life balance.

But just taking the time just to step back, breathe, sit down, and take life one step at a time made me calmer.

Scared of Change…Accepting the New

What are you most excited about for the future?

When I think about the future…

I would say I don’t…

Because I live in the moment… because mostly I’m scared

But I’m still at the developing stage of my life that everything has not been established

But I’m excited for new things to enter in my life

With career, social, home, and personal enjoyment

But with the fear, it’s like one of my favorite actors said in a cool movie quote….thats actually accurate

“Fate is a bitch, it turns around any time.”

Silent Communication, Observations & First Steps

On what subject(s) are you an authority?

In my family, I’m always the one to settle a rough dispute, get into a deep conversation, or keep the communication strong that helps people around me.

I think it’s because I’m the quietest person, but I always observe and try to evaluate and understand each situation in my life to learn, understand, and grow.

Looking on the outside and looking around as a quiet and I view things in different perspectives that keep me alert.

I always try to take the first step to motivate or get motivated and change slowly or help in any situation.
