What’s the most fun way to exercise?

For me, because i’m very introverted, and it’s sometimes really hard.Put my confidence out there and go to a gym.

I like personally home dance workouts. There’s this one woman on Youtube that I’ve been to lately.

She always makes me smile makes me laugh at kne point when I’m dancing with her. 

I like it because it’s just so fun, silly, and just put out of my comfort zone. Her name on Youtube is GrowithJo.

With dance workouts, you feel more comfortable in your own space, just jamming out and moving your body. In some way to bring a sort of excitement and happiness to help start your day out

What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?

I thought I would just start over in the new year with all the goals, objectives, and plans that I want to do to change my life moving forward.

With wanting to gain financial freedom

Change my habits and routines

Get outta my comfort zone

Achieve my fitness goals

Prioritize Sleep and Self-Care

Get ready to study again and move forward in my career

Finding a life outside work and find activities and friends

Have plans to start a small passive investment

Building a trip this year

But everything has been delayed during to fear, procrastination and distractions


But no longer… and try to get to my best version of myself and gain more happiness one step at a time and not rush.

DKNY: Comfortable but fashionable

Tell us about your favorite pair of shoes, and where they’ve taken you.

My favorite shoes are my DKNY canvas shoes. It’s because they have taken me to the start of my career journey when I got them as a present near the summer, and I started my first ever professional job.

They are so comfortable and casual that I like to wear them every time I like to just have fun at an event or for a good walk around the neighborhood.

Engage the Core and Dance

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Well dancing is one of my nice hobby that I love to do.Even if it’s just silly dancing around my room or to my favorite song on spotify or youtube, it’s a good at physical activity that just like to do.

I heard a saying from a very nice acquaintance of mine that dance is freedom.


The other activity I like to do because i’ve implemented it just recently, and it’s become part of my daily routines, is just a nice cardio workout with a little bit of core strength because I’m working on getting stronger.

5,000 to 10,000 Steps is the Goal

How often do you walk or run?

Before, I never paid enough for my health and fitness. But now, as I implement a new lifestyle. The goal each day is to at least do a minimum of 5,000 steps of walking, and the max would be 10,000.

I only went to 10,000 once 😅

But as a beginner, becoming healthier and building some endurance. Walking is more my style at least 3 – 4 times a week. As a I sit down a lot, throughout the day.
