Productive but Relaxing

Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.

My most ideal day would start with a nice sunny sunrise. Waking up to unvehicle site around my community.

I would get up and get ready to do a good morning routine. I would go for a 5 to t10 minute walk.Just to breathe in some nice air and stretch my legs.

Then I’ll get back and make a nice breakfast that fills my stomach. Probably, one of my favorite new breakfasts. One that I tried out, that turned into an immediate favorite, which would be avocado toast.

I was starting my work day a little bit later and trying to do productive work while standing up and sitting and going out a little bit.

In the evening, I would go out to an event. Spend some time with some friends and just relax and make a good memory to tell later.

Probably a spa day or a nice concert, hiking, painting, dancing, visiting a new place or even something new to learn….

One ideal is that each day, I would try an activity or habit to get out of my comfort zone.

Come back, get some green tea….take a warm shower, light some candles.

Make my room a nice atmosphere for going to sleep. Even watching some good anime or TV show and reading a nice book before I fully relax and drift off.

At any moment, Everything Changes

How do significant life events or the passage of time influence your perspective on life?

Significant life events.

Or how time passes by so fast?

Makes me really believe in the saying, live your life to the fullest.

Well, one event that changed everyone’s perspective will see the pandemic that happened in 2020.

I mean, my whole perspective about how social events are really talking to people.Well, really impacts the quality of life.

It was a little bit lonely, but it was precautious for everyone to stay in their homes camous. Keep their distance and make sure that everyone’s safe. Well, the world is dealing with sickness that spreads around like wildfire.

Even with the passage of time, it’s really shocking….

How you just blink….and time is just passed you by….

It makes me want to cherish every moment, every story, every interaction, every once in a lifetime event. And it’s everything that I see with my own two eyes.

The Mailman is not the Enemy

If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?

Well, I don’t really have a pet, but if I were to get one, it would be a dog because they’re very cute. They’re a bit of my favorite animal, and like the saying goes, they’re a man’s best friend.

So, if they were my pet, then I would make them understand that the mailman is not an enemy. 🤣

He or she is just a nice person delivering everyone’s mail… I don’t think they have done anything to them 😏😂

And they’re human too, and they’re friendly once you get to know them.

Confidence ~ Overthinking

What is one thing you would change about yourself?

Not every human is perfect, including me.

I would say one thing that I wish I can change about myself is especially my confidence.

As a child, I was really very quiet and shy. I would just try to do my best and atleast try some challenges, but I always doubt myself if i’m really worth it.

It’s probably because I’m always comparing myself to people or any person around me.

I don’t really appreciate myself as often as I should so I wish I could just head forward with anything with more confidence and believe in myself more.

The other one thing that I that’s still a problem today and I wish I could change about myself is my overthinkin

Overthinking causes so much anxiety and fear and questioning that your mental health is not well.

For me, it is one of the problems that i’ve always had, so if I could change that one thing, it would be better in the long run.

Snowflakes

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found (and kept)?

It was a really, very once in a lifetime chance. I remember it around 3 to 4 years ago. Probably in 2019 or 2021.

It was in the evening, just when it was about to get dark. I was just walking around after work to get back home, and then it started. Then it was snowing, and when I put my hand out to a lot of snowflakes came on there.

It was really beautiful because most of the weather was a little bit dry but really freezing and then it started snowing and again the winter weather. I think it’s because it was the middle of December. but once in a lifetime chance that I saw 2 snow flakes that were exactly identical.

It was really surprising and I was happy, but I was a little sad because they melted so fast. But I would always remember the moment.
