What’s your top tip to be successful in life?
Well, coming from a person who is slowly trying to build good habits again…
I am trying to put myself in the path of success, and I would say the top tip to be successful in life is what I learned and re-learning at this moment from James Clear’s “Atomic Habits”
Try to do one consistent action that will make you 1% percent better daily.
Consistency is one of the most important keys to success, and to try differently each time.
I have learned that the hard way. Because of bad habits that resurfaced…but a reflection and expense when writing in my journal. I couldn’t do an up and down plank, or I could not type as faster as most of my coworkers, or I was not used to cooking my food, or I did not know that much about Excel at first.
So I would always burn out because I was pushing myself too far at each moment. Most of my 2026 was burnout and frustration, still is but I so celebrate the small consistent parts that I continued even on my bad days that made me strong.
Kept on making my bed in the morning…
Tried and repeated one new Excel trick, every other day until I was used to it automatically…
Practicing mantras and mindset while holding a plank for small time intervals…
Slowly trying to practice typing 4 times a week,, but not in 20 minute sessions but in 5 mins for more consistent action.
Even though, I am still struggling with the other habits, I am now reflecting back and take action and after listening to James Clear in one podcast episode, it made me realize how I can say I did it, but if it did not work out. How can I try this again but differently and still take action.
