What snack would you eat right now?
The snack that I would eat and I am literally about to eat at this time is a nice small yogurt.
Since, I am build a system to eat more healthier and not needing to binge and digest those sugary or salty snacks….
I thought one small snack thats either dairy or fruit can help.
But Vanilla Greek yogurt is a favorite of mine. 😋
Cause its healthy and I dont have that much sugar thats a good balance after a filling lunch.
I wouldn’t mind a mixed Berry or blueberry yogurt as well to try different tastes. 🙂
