What notable things happened today?
I started on a new routine from 4 weeks ago to change my lifestyle. It was hard at first with the change in food.
Why is food the hardest to change?
I think cause everyone has a special relationship with food, especially with moods.
But I noticed when I cut out the sugar slowly, the cravings came but stopped with a substitute.
Never knew I ate or drank things with a lot of sugar, but when I cut it out my mood became more calm which was notable.
