Fruits are delicious and can be taken at any point of the day.

I do have some favorites…

  1. Banana – Absolute 💯 Favorite. Plus, it is a nickname for me. 🍌
  2. Mango – My favorite tropical fruit, especially for smoothies. 🥭
  3. Apples. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. 🍎
  4. Tangerines 🍊.  It’s my go-to mini snack of whenever I am hungry at any poiny of the day.
  5. Pineapple 🍍. I never thought I would like pineapple so much. It has a certain appeal that I really like to eat
